Main responsibilities Sales strategy formulation and execution Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans based on company strategy and market trends, and monitor their execution. Analyze sales data, identify market opportunities and potential risks, and adjust sales strategies to adapt to market changes. Track the dynamics of industry competitors, provide market analysis and competitive strategy recommendations for the sales team. Sales performance management and improvement Set and track personal and team sales goals to ensure they are achieved. Analyze sales funnel, predict sales performance, and develop corresponding measures to improve conversion rate. Motivate the sales team and improve team morale and sales capabilities through reward mechanisms, training, and other means. Customer relationship maintenance and expansion Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key customers, understand customer needs, and provide satisfactory solutions. Deeply tap into the potential of existing customers, promote customer upgrades and secondary sales. Expand new customers and seek potential customers through market research, industry exhibitions, and other means. Sales team management and training Recruiting, selecting, and training sales teams to enhance their overall quality and business capabilities. Assign sales tasks, guide team members in carrying out work, and ensure work quality and efficiency. Regularly evaluate the work performance of team members, provide feedback and improvement suggestions. Internal communication and collaboration Maintain good communication with various departments within the company, coordinate resources to meet customer needs. Job requirements Education background: Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business management, or related fields. Work experience: More than 5 years of work experience in sales or sales management, with at least 2 years of team management experience. Professional skills: Familiar with sales processes and skills, possessing strong abilities in market development and customer relationship management. Having good data analysis skills, able to adjust sales strategies based on sales data. Proficient in office software and CRM systems to improve work efficiency.
