1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, with 3+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry (especially as a secondary supplier). 2. Proficiency in insert molding processes, ability to read 2D/3D drawings, and strong skills in MS Office. 3. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, logical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and experience in receive clients (knowledge of Cantonese is a plus).
