Prepare and submit various financial statements in accordance with the company's financial management regulations. Be responsible for the entry and verification of financial data of overseas stores. Monitor and verify the compliance of expense standards in stores; conduct analysis on accounts receivable, accounts payable and cost accounting, and promptly address and report any abnormalities to the superior. Formulate remittance schedules based on customer arrears status and the collection timeline confirmed by sales personnel; supervise the sales department to implement the schedules in accordance with company management systems, and monitor the outstanding amount and collection progress of overdue accounts. Establish customer credit files based on payment performance, report abnormal credit information, and adjust credit limits and payment terms accordingly. Review, sort out and archive financial documents (bank statements, bills, contracts, etc.) of the stores. Audit employee salaries, sales commissions and customer rebates. Supervise the physical inventory count of stores, analyze the causes of inventory surpluses and shortages, and identify the responsible parties. Assist store managers in resolving financial-related issues. Coordinate work with the domestic finance team, participate in relevant financial meetings and communicate meeting resolutions. Conduct training on financial policies and procedures for store staff. Handle daily financial operations of the stores. Learn local financial and tax laws, regulations, and the official working language of the assigned country. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

College diploma or above in accounting, finance or related fields; hold a valid accounting qualification certificate. Proficient in spreadsheet functions and skilled in operating financial software. Cheerful personality with excellent communication and coordination skills. Good physical health and strong ability to live independently overseas. Strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics and team spirit; be practical, meticulous and proactive in work.
