Cooperate with sales managers to implement strategic promotion tasks in accordance with the company's operation management and development goals. Be responsible for market insights in Russian/English-speaking regions, manage target market development and product promotion, and formulate sales strategies and competitive strategies. Undertake customer development, maintenance, and sales management in Russian/English-speaking regions; make business decisions within authorized scope; analyze customer needs; formulate customized product solutions; track payment and collection progress to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Be responsible for the implementation and process management of pre-sales test projects, business coordination and task promotion during project implementation, efficiently manage the implementation of various engineering projects in Russian/English-speaking regions, and conduct regular and summary reports. Participate in and implement project bidding activities, organize and coordinate internal and external bidding work; take the lead in completing the implementation of contracts/orders and technical agreements during the bidding winning or signing process. After winning the bid and signing the contract, ensure the completion of sales outbound quantity tasks, product delivery, acceptance, and settlement. Be responsible for commercial orders and product delivery in Russian/English-speaking regions; maintain close contact with relevant design institutes to promptly include products in drawings for demand projects and follow up with owners to reach technical solutions; establish company customer files and lock in technical standards to promote the popularization and application of company products. Take the lead in establishing after-sales service systems and engineering support in Russian/English-speaking regions; actively track the handling results and feedback of user needs; improve customer satisfaction, build brand image and reputation, and promote customers' secondary, tertiary, and long-term repurchases to achieve established business goals. Assist in receiving visiting customers, organizing conferences, and conducting business receptions. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Have study experience in Russian-speaking regions. Have experience in independent operation of trade in Russian-speaking regions.
