Strong verbal and written communicator who is friendly, attentive, and skilled at understanding customer needs. Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses. Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
