Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for an important part of global publishing business, engaging with all super casual game studios in the market; 2. Develop a market in the super casual gaming market and establish a strong interpersonal network; 3. Collaborate directly with game studios to jointly develop and distribute their games; 4. Establish a mutual trust relationship with the studio, provide onboarding training and guidance to the studio, and work together with the studio to complete all game distribution processes; 5. Communicate with the CEO regarding project progress and any issues encountered; 6. Understand the latest market trends.
Job Requirements
1. At least one year of relevant work experience as a business development manager in the near future; 2. Excellent business negotiation and communication skills 3. Have a good understanding and recognition of super casual game products, and have played at least 200 super casual games; 4. Being able to find creative solutions for new and unforeseeable problems; 5. Capable of evaluating the publishing process of mobile games; 6. Able to work in challenging environments and able to work remotely/from home; 7. Fluent in spoken and written English expression; 8. Priority will be given to those who have connections within the gaming industry; 9. Strong interest in mobile gaming and the broader gaming industry.
