Currently they are looking for Architecture Design Director to be based in their Regional Hub in Shanghai. As the Department head, you will oversee a design team of around 20 to deliver architectural design for large scale high-rise office buildings & mixed-used commercial complex from Schematic design to Construction drawing to meet the codes/standards, quality and artfulness requirement; You will also be involved in Marketing activities, inter-discipline interface & coordination, people management and contribute to business strategy development and execution. You might be someone with around 20 years of architecture design experience from international background; 5+ years on a managerial/director role; You are passionate about design & arts; You also have solid understanding of both international and local codes and standards; Your strong leadership, creativity and good portfolio are the key to makes you a successful candidate. They role opens to both Chinese locals and expatriates.
