We want to do even more, and for that, we are looking to fulfill the opening of an R&D Assistant Manager. This role will work with our team of engineers to lead our products from development to production. Does this sound exciting to you? You might be the person we're looking for. In this function, together with your team, you will get to: - To be responsible for all technical aspects of new product development, product line extension, and technical improvement projects. - Lead technical improvement projects aiming for quality, productivity, and cost control such as improving or implementing new processes and materials for existing products. - Review, monitor, and evaluate all technical improvement activities. - Fully investigates, develops, and presents alternatives for implementation - Manage subordinates - Report to R&D Manager in Taipei

About you: - You love solving problems in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts. - You have a passion for technology. - You are a strong collaborator and communicator. - You are comfortable with product development both mechanical structure and electronics. - You can prioritize and ask the right questions. You are expected to have: - At least 5 years of experience in product development. - 3 or more years of management experience. - Fluent in Chinese. - Conversational level of English. - Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical discipline. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Solid schedule management and organizational expertise including attention to detail and multi-tasking. It's great, but not required if you have: - Experience in consumer electronics/home appliances. - Familiarity with Pro-e or CAD or SolidWorks
