We offer design, manufacturing, installation, testing and maintenance services for customers.Responsibilities Prepare cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering estimations, material and labour cost involved Prepare cost plans to enable design team to develop practical designs for construction projects Review tender and contract documents, including taking-off quantities Responsible for evaluation and preparation of variation submission Monitor the project progress and assist in the valuation of variations Liaise with project team for contractual issues such as review and draft correspondences, resolve disputes, etc Assist in the settlement of final accountsWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. Requirements Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, Words, Project, PowerPoint etc) Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Quantity Surveyor IANG/ TTPS/ ASMTP/ QMAS welcomed
