The Solar Quality engineer will oversee the quality program for solar construction and drive the execution of a quality control and building program throughout all phases of construction. He/she will be responsible for the quality control of the construction of the project. Presided over the formulation of the quality inspection plan (ITP) and supervised the on-site implementation. Presided over on-site quality training. Review NCRs. Responsible for the quality inspection and assessment of the construction of the PMO. Responsible for site quality accident management of electrical engineering. Others Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with contract drawings, manufacturer specifications, owner agreement and other applicable contract documents/local, state and federal codes • Partner with solar project directors/managers and field teams to ensure quality and timeliness of construction and completion • Travel to project sites to meet with teams and provide reports to quality manager • Evaluate all solar-related quality incidents and work with team to submit report and identify root causes • Assist solar warranty manager in alleviating warranty issues, and assist regional quality director in preparing claims and alleviating client issues

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience, or 3+ consecutive years’ experience construction/quality management • Minimum 2 years’ experience with large scale PV projects • Experience developing Quality Control Plans for solar projects • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
