Job responsibilities
Audit projects to ensure documentation compliance to contracts.
Manage the gated management process to ensure projects are ready for gate reviews.
Support project managers in developing and submitting documentation.
Update and maintain multiple databases with shipping data and customer facing information.
Assist in preparation and review meeting kick off presentations for consistency.
Create material orders for projects to support commissioning and installation.
Manage the fuse and the L-bracket inventory to ensure supply and delivery.
Process development and documentation of processes for Project Management
Other work may be added or subtracted as business needs dictate.
