Report to:Marketing & Sales DirectorPurpose of Position:To develop and implement the marketing strategy for assigned medical products or medical devices in hospital channel; to lead & coach the relevant team to achieve the sales targets.Responsibilities:- Be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for assigned products in hospital channel- Lead marketing team, ensure that team is competent and vacancies are filled within a reasonable period- Budget control- Communicate with and manage principal accounts effectively- Communicate to sales team effectively- Align with regional office on key strategies for key productsKey Result Areas:- Sales achievement of assigned products- A&P spend on assigned products- Turn-over and people development of direct reports- Adherence to dead-lines for marketing plan, POA presentations, budgets- Marketing team motivationRequirements:- Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Science, MBA is preferred- Minimum 5 years in marketing management in an international pharmaceutical environment- Experience working with international colleague- Good presentation and oral communication skills- Proactive with strong leadership and able to inspire and direct staff- Good command of written and verbal EnglishLocation:Shanghai
