Primary Functions/Major Responsibilities: 1、Ead and manage engineering teams. 2、New products introduction to mass production, Transform technical standards, coordinate and organize new product trial production and defect analysis，standardize and optimize manufacturing. 3、Lead the introduction and verification of new technology, process and material to ensure stable, efficient manufacturing operation 4、Responsible for the creation and update of process related site level work instructions; Manage process compliance to industry standards, Plexus SOP's, and Work Instructions, such as standard for workmanship/process control for each station/Production line change over process etc.

Have experienced in Aluminum-Laminate-Film production management, and have rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management, and project management.
