Job responsibilities
1. Lead the process engineering team to achieve the KPI assigned by the company ;
2. Design and develop new processes and methods;
3. Participate in the early stage of new product design and development as early as possible, put forward product design ideas and methods from the perspective of manufacturability and discuss with R&D to ensure that new products can be smoothly transferred to mass production;
4. Continuously optimize existing processes, continuously improve quality, efficiency and product delivery capabilities, and continuously reduce product manufacturing costs;

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in optics, materials, physics and other related majors, with rich practical experience to relax professional requirements, more than 10 years of work experience in the optical communication industry, and more than 5 years of team management experience;
2. Have a deep and far-reaching understanding of the optical communication industry;
3. Have a deep understanding and understanding of optical modules and optical device process methods, and have rich practical experience, such as SMD, wire punching, coupling and materials used in the process such as UV glue, AB glue, vinyl and other theoretical mastery and engineering practical application technology;
4. Have a deep understanding of laser welding process and resistance welding (sealing welding) process, and have rich practical experience;
5. Deep understanding of the definition and significance of performance indicators related to optical modules and optical devices;
6. Proficient in automation equipment and methods, able to cooperate with internal & external automation teams, in-depth discussion of automation process technology, design and develop advanced automation equipment.
