1. Bachelor degree or above, major in optics, materials, physics and other related majors, with rich practical experience to relax professional requirements, more than 10 years of work experience in the optical communication industry, and more than 5 years of team management experience; 2. Have a deep and far-reaching understanding of the optical communication industry; 3. Have a deep understanding and understanding of optical modules and optical device process methods, and have rich practical experience, such as SMD, wire punching, coupling and materials used in the process such as UV glue, AB glue, vinyl and other theoretical mastery and engineering practical application technology; 4.
