Job responsibilities
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree (additional years of experience may offset degree
requirement)
Minimum of 8 yrs. experience in networking< Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in ISP.
● Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions architecture role,
preferably in a computer or network industry<
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences<
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric
mindset
. Be willing to take on challenging tasks
Language requirements: Cantonese,English, Mandarine
Job Requirements
Collaborate closely with the ecosystem and sales team to understand customer
requirements and develop tailored solutions
. Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the capabilities offerings<
. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on best
practices, solution architectures, and deployment strategiese
● Lead technical discussions and workshops with customers to identify pain points and propose innovative solutions that address their business challenges<. Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback oncustomer requirements and influence product roadmap decisions
Prepare high-quality proposals, technical responses, and proof-of-concept implementations to support the sales process<
· Involve in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities in order to assist sales in closing
deals
