Coordinate production plans, production resource allocation, and confirm delivery plans. 4.Responsible for quality and safety management during the company's production process, ensuring the implementation of quality measures. 5.Continuously improve production efficiency and reduce production costs. 6.Guide, supervise, and inspect the work of factory employees, and grasp work conditions and relevant data. 7.Responsible for the organization and cultivation of manufacturing talents.

1.Local Malaysian nationality; 2.Bachelor's degree required; good English reading and writing skills and Chinese speaking; 3.More than 5 years of work experience in electronic factories; experience in starting new factories. 4.Familiar with the production operation management, cost control, and logistics management of factories; 5.Familiar with the electronics and automotive industries; familiar with local relevant laws, regulations, and policies; 6.Understanding of the ISO quality management system and 6S site management. Possess a concept and practical experience of lean production. 7.Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, or VDA6.3 related requirements.
