Job Requirements
任职要求：
1.应届毕业生或1-5年相关经验，对短视频和新媒体有浓厚兴趣。
2.熟练使用剪辑软件（如PR、CapCut、Final Cut等），能独立完成短视频制作。
3.有网感、喜欢刷视频，了解短视频平台的热门趋势和运营玩法。
4.具备基本的文案功底，会编辑、排版公众号文章。
5.责任心强，善于沟通，具备一定的团队协作能力。
6.创意策划能力：具备优秀的创意策划能力，能制定贴合当地市场的宣传策略。
Job requirements:
1. Fresh graduates or 1-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong interest in short videos and new media.
2. Proficient in using editing software such as PR, CapCut, Final Cut, etc., able to independently complete short video production.
3. Have a sense of the internet, enjoy watching videos, and understand the popular trends and operational methods of short video platforms.
4. Have basic copywriting skills, and be able to edit and type official account articles.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, good at communication, and possess certain teamwork skills.
6. Creative planning ability: Possess excellent creative planning skills and be able to develop promotional strategies that are tailored to the local market.
