任职要求： 1.应届毕业生或1-5年相关经验，对短视频和新媒体有浓厚兴趣。 2.熟练使用剪辑软件（如PR、CapCut、Final Cut等），能独立完成短视频制作。 3.有网感、喜欢刷视频，了解短视频平台的热门趋势和运营玩法。 4.具备基本的文案功底，会编辑、排版公众号文章。 5.责任心强，善于沟通，具备一定的团队协作能力。 6.创意策划能力：具备优秀的创意策划能力，能制定贴合当地市场的宣传策略。 Job requirements: 1.
