1. Collect and understand client needs, lead the evaluation and selection of products (testing projects), and lead the evaluation and selection of instruments and equipment. 2. Oversee daily operations and on-site management of overseas laboratories, including personnel training, quality management, and operational management. 3. Manage the application and certification process for laboratory qualifications and quality systems in overseas laboratories. 4. Establish regulations and standard operating procedures for overseas laboratories. 5. Ensure that the operations of overseas laboratories comply with international and local laws and regulations, and participate in communication between the laboratory and clinical teams. 6. Define and standardize basic operational procedures for overseas laboratories, and guide the team in completing daily laboratory testing tasks.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in medical laboratory science or a related field; intermediate or higher-level medical laboratory certification preferred. 2. Over 3 years of experience in laboratory operations management, familiar with the management of third-party medical testing (general testing) and specialized testing laboratories. 3. Proficient in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 4. Team-oriented with strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to long-term overseas assignments.
