It is mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, sales and service of mobile communication antennas, radio frequency equipment, optical modules and other products, and is committed to providing communication antennas, high-frequency equipment products and integrated products and solutions for mobile communication operators and equipment integrators at home and abroad. Tongyu Communication currently has 3 domestic production bases (Zhongshan), 2 EU branches (Latvia, Finland) and 3 wholly-owned subsidiaries (Zhongshan Tongyu Communication Technology, Shenzhen Opuwei, Guangtong Intelligence), with a strong global production and supply capacity. The antenna of Tongyu communication base station has been widely used all over the world. To date, the network has used more than 7 million pieces. As a global supplier certified by system equipment suppliers such as Huawei, ZTE, Nokia, Ericsson, Datang, etc., Tongyu is also recognized by China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, Vodafone, Telefonica, Telstra, MTS, Optus, VHA, Oredoo, Veon, etal property advantage enterprises in Chuna.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Overseas Sales Director for Africa Market. The role involves managing sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development activities on a day-to-day basis. This job is currently is based in Zhongshan or Shenzhen office
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and market penetration.
Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms.
Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Identify and explore new market opportunities in designated regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
