Job responsibilities
Technical secondary school or above education; majors in International Trade, Marketing or related fields are preferred. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office software and strong data analysis capabilities. Good communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Priority will be given to candidates with over 2 years of living experience in South Asia, Central Asia or other overseas regions. Initially work at the domestic company for 3 months to receive training on products and manufacturing processes; after passing the assessment, be assigned to overseas positions.
Job Requirements
Assist the overseas sales team in customer development and maintenance to ensure effective customer relationship management. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information and order-related support to enhance customer satisfaction. Collect market feedback, analyze customer needs, and provide data support for sales strategies. Assist in preparing sales contracts and relevant documents, follow up on order execution, and resolve issues during the process.
