Possess work experience in the preliminary development of overseas new energy power station projects (including wind power, thermal power, hydropower, photovoltaic, etc.), and have the ability to independently develop new energy projects. Have rich relationship resources in energy sectors, including but not limited to local embassies/consulates in China and local government agencies. Have certain government negotiation skills, be able to timely follow up and understand policies related to the company’s business development, and effectively maintain and expand cooperative relationships with overseas government agencies in line with the company’s business development goals and directions. Have proficient English or Russian skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and be able to adapt to a cross-border working environment.

Be responsible for formulating and implementing the development plans for new energy projects in the assigned countries in accordance with the group’s development strategy. Conduct on-site inspections of project areas, evaluate the feasibility of project development, negotiate and sign project development agreements. Communicate with local governments and relevant departments to handle documents and procedures related to project approval. Take charge of all work during the preliminary development, project application, and project approval processes. Efficiently follow up on existing projects and ensure their normal operation.
