一、职位职责 1. Plan overseas business direction and establish long-term and short-term strategic goals. 2. Build and optimize overseas marketing system, including marketing strategies, channel construction (such as overseas marketing websites, social media, exhibitions, etc.). 3. Responsible for planning and managing overseas product lines to ensure that products meet the needs of the target market. 4. Develop and maintain overseas customer resources to drive business growth. 5. Manage and guide overseas sales teams to improve overall team performance. 1、规划海外业务方向，制定长期及短期战略目标。 2、搭建并优化海外营销体系，包括营销策略、渠道建设（如海外营销网站、社交媒体、展会等）。 3、负责海外产品线的规划与管理，确保产品符合目标市场需求。 4、开拓并维护海外客户资源，推动业务增长。 5、管理和指导海外销售团队，提升团队整体业绩。

Excellent communication and cross-cultural communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with people from different countries and regions. 4. Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to motivate and guide the team to achieve goals. 5. Good English or other foreign language listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate with international clients. 6.
