Job responsibilities
1. Handle daily Freight Forwarding Operations as per company’s internal procedure.
2. Communicate with Suppliers/Shipping Companies/Customers/Overseas offices effectively, providing good customer service and timely response to enquiries.
3. Collecting/ Checking/ Dispatching of information and documents, and follow up shipments closely and keep related parties updated in timely manner.
4. Be responsive and report problems to line manager timely.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background: College and above.
2. Language: English, Mandarin(Chinese) language skills would be a great advantage.
3. At least 1 year of CS/Operation Experience in Sea Freight Forwarding/Shipping Industry.
4. Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
5. Proactive working attitude and service mind.
