Job Responsibilities 1.Introduce large-scale overseas capital, focusing on various sovereign funds and real estate funds, to provide sufficient financial support for the company’s large-scale residential project development in developed countries including the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, etc. 2.Design financing models and strategies, expand financing channels, lead financing communication and negotiations, and reduce the company’s financing costs and risks. 3.Coordinate investment analysis, evaluation and calculation for global real estate development projects, ensuring accurate investment decisions, controllable risks and favorable return on investment.

Job Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or related majors. 2.Over USD 500 million experience in overseas project financing or other large-scale financing experience; experience in financing for overseas real estate projects in developed countries is preferred. 3.Abundant financing channels and network resources, especially resources with investment decision-makers. 4.International vision, high comprehensive quality, strong communication and negotiation skills, with English as a working language.
