Be fully responsible for the engineering management of projects such as vacuum cleaners and hair dryers in the Vietnam factory, including project plan formulation, technical plan review, progress control and resource coordination, to ensure the smooth mass production of the project; Lead technical support in the new product introduction stage to ensure the smooth transition of products from design to mass production; Be responsible for cross-departmental communication and coordination (R & D, quality, production, supply chain, etc.), solve technical problems in the whole life cycle of the project, and implement the maintenance and mass production of derivative projects; Improve the talent echelon of the engineering team, formulate training plans, and improve the overall technical ability and project execution ability of the team; Participate in customer technical communication, support customer audit and project report, and improve customer satisfaction.

College degree or above, majoring in machinery, electronics, automation, industrial engineering and other related majors; Have more than 5 years of engineering management experience in the home appliance industry, and those with R & D experience in vacuum cleaners or hair dryers are preferred. Understand mold processing technology and be familiar with the characteristics of common plastic materials; Be familiar with product development processes (such as APQP, PPAP, etc.), and have the ability to manage the whole process from design to mass production; Have good communication and coordination skills, team spirit and innovation awareness; be able to solve problems independently, and have strong logical thinking and analysis ability. Priority is given to those who can use English or Vietnamese as working languages, and have good cross-cultural communication skills; Be able to accept long-term work in Vietnam, and have strong pressure resistance and execution ability.
