Job Responsibilities
Lead business liaison with top-tier North American AI enterprises: act as the primary commercial point of contact and manage the full-cycle commercial process covering demand discovery, solution matching, sample tracking, small-batch verification and mass production launch.
Frequent professional communication: collaborate with client’s procurement, thermal design, quality, legal and other departments to promptly respond to RFQ/RFI, technical clarification, price negotiation, contractual terms, delivery scheduling and related matters.
Integrated technical & commercial competency: interpret and translate clients’ thermal dissipation requirements (including total power consumption, flow rate, pressure drop, leak tightness specifications, etc.), coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver formal Proposals and present product value in clients’ preferred communication format.
In-depth customer relationship development: map out stakeholder structure for key North American AI clients, identify Key Decision Makers (KDM) and technical influencers, formulate and execute annual business development roadmaps.
Market intelligence gathering: monitor liquid cooling industry trends among North American AI data centers, competitor developments and updates to certification standards, and feed insights into the company’s product roadmap planning.
Job Requirements
1. Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience serving large North American clients, with no less than 2 years of direct account management for North American Hyperscalers or AI hardware manufacturers.
Candidates with prior experience in thermal management, servers, data center infrastructure, precision air conditioning or liquid cooling components are highly preferred.
Familiar with supplier onboarding procedures, quality system standards and CSR/EHS compliance requirements of major North American enterprises.
2. Language & Cross-cultural Competence
Native-level working proficiency in English; fluent verbal communication for cross-timezone video conferences, on-site presentations and ad-hoc technical discussions.
In-depth understanding of North American business culture including email etiquette, meeting protocols, polite and direct dispute resolution, strict contractual compliance and punctuality norms.
3. Soft Skills
Excellent cross-functional collaboration: drive R&D, production, quality and other internal departments to deliver fast turnaround on client requests.
Strong resilience and multi-tasking capability: manage multiple projects for 2~3 key clients concurrently and accommodate US West/East Coast working hours.
Strategic mindset: focus beyond order taking; forecast clients’ technical roadmap for the next 2–3 years and proactively propose optimized product portfolios.
4. Hard Skills
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, thermal simulation reports and test specifications with foundational knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
Proficient in drafting English quotations, technical proposals, BOM comparisons, risk assessment and other commercial documents.
Working knowledge of Incoterms 2020, common payment terms (TT/LC), and North American product certifications such as UL, FM, CE.
5. Education Background
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Thermal Energy & Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, International Trade or MBA are preferred. PMP or CPSM certification is a plus.
