Equipment management and maintenance Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and maintenance of nitrile glove production equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Make and implement equipment maintenance plan, and timely troubleshoot and solve equipment failures. Equipment installation and commissioning Participate in the selection, purchase, installation and commissioning of production equipment to ensure that the equipment meets the production requirements. Carry out functional testing and optimization on new equipment to ensure the stability of the equipment put into use. Technical support and improvement Analyze equipment performance, propose optimization plans, and improve equipment efficiency and service life. Participate in production process improvement, and assist process engineers in adjusting equipment parameters to meet new process requirements. Spare parts management Responsible for the management of equipment spare parts, ensure reasonable inventory and reduce equipment downtime. Track the purchase and replacement of spare parts and control the maintenance cost. Safety production and training Ensure that the operation of equipment complies with safety production standards, and participate in the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards. Train operators on equipment use and maintenance, and improve the equipment operation level of front-line employees. Document and records management Responsible for the collation and archiving of equipment technical data, maintenance records and operation data. Formulate equipment management system and operating procedures to ensure their implementation in place. Other work Complete other equipment related tasks assigned by superiors.

Educational requirement - College degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics and other related majors. Experience requirements - More than 5 years experience in equipment management of nitrile glove production line. Professional skills - Familiar with the structure, principle and operation characteristics of nitrile glove production equipment, and have the ability of equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance. Master the relevant knowledge of mechanical transmission and automation control system, and be familiar with PLC programming and frequency converter debugging is preferred. Competency requirements - Have strong hands-on ability, problem analysis and solving ability. Work seriously and responsibly, have good teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge reserve - Familiar with equipment management system (e.g. TPM), knowledge of ISO related system is preferred. Other requirements - Can adapt to the production site environment and shift work, and have strong pressure resistance ability.
