Job responsibilities
1. Delivery of lessons in the English language in accordance with the requirements of the educational program;
2. Team teaching English, STEM with local teachers;
3. Organizing the delivery of model lessons in own subject area, with a particular emphasis on promoting the needs and raising the achievement of all students.
4. Use of effective and innovative teaching methods and resources, including new technologies;
5. Contributing to the development and implementation of new and revised educational programs, materials and resources;
6. Contributing to the development of students who are independent learners, able to think critically, work individually and collaboratively, and who have the skills set necessary to pursue further study after leaving the centre;
7. Monitoring and reporting student attendance, achievement and progress;
8. Contributing to centre discipline through the management of student conduct and behavior;
9. Contributing to Continuous Professional Development activities for local teachers; coaching, advising and mentoring of local teachers;
10. Working with teaching team members to promote the common goals of the school;
11. Organization and delivery of extended and elective classes, Summer School activities and public events for students;
12. Participation in professional communities and organizations;
13. Supporting centre clubs and other student bodies;
14. Maintaining a healthy and safe learning environment;
15. Providing a written report termly;
16. Any other tasks in line with functional duties, as determined by the International Director

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, relevant majors to education.
2. At least 2 years teaching experience.
3. Have the experience in teaching Chinese students.
4. Have the experience in teaching Interdisciplinary by using inquiry/project based learning method, IB MYP teaching experience is preferred.
5. Speaking Chinese are preferred.
6. Have research ability and participated in research project.
