Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement English teaching programs according to the school's teaching plan and curriculum requirements to ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching. - Adopt diversified teaching means and methods to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their English application skills. - Organize extracurricular English activities, such as English corner and speech contests, to create a strong English learning atmosphere. - Establish a good teacher-student relationship with students, pay attention to students' learning progress and difficulties, and provide necessary assistance and guidance. - Participate in the school's teaching research and curriculum reform to promote the continuous improvement of English teaching. - Abide by school rules and regulations, fulfill the professional ethics of teachers, and establish a good image of teachers.

Job Qualifications: - Native English speakers from the United States, Canada, and Australia are preferred; non-native speakers will be considered; - Bachelor's degree holders; - TEFL/TESL/TESOL certification preferred; - TEFL/TESL/TESOL certification preferred. - Responsible, easy-going and mature.
