1. Responsible for the overall implementation, execution, control and completion of Microwave projects ensuring consistency with company methodology, strategy, commitments and goals. 2. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all project members. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. 3. Keep joint follow-up meetings with customers and project managers to keep projects under scheduled deadlines. 4. Be part of the escalation line to attend network affection that may happen during and after network operation. 6. Enhance customer relationships by keeping a high technical profile and a professional approach to problems and questions posed by customers. 7. Responsible to manage the requirements development for applying the best technology to satisfy business needs. Interacts with high level staff developing strategies and optimal solutions.

1. Degree/Bachelor in Telecomunication, Electronics engineering. 2. at least 2 of experience in the operation of transport networks MW. 3.3 years of experience in diagnosing and solving problems for transport networks. 4. 3 years of experience in access control and security models for transport networks. 5. English level able to comunicate (This is a must)
