Build, optimize, and assemble technical teams according to the platform’s development needs, and be responsible for the operation of the R&D platform. Assist the platform in formulating R&D directions and goals, developing platform development strategies, building product systems, introducing external resources, and promoting platform cooperation. Responsible for constructing the technical system development of microbial drugs and functional microbial products, formulating technical specifications, and ensuring the inheritance of platform technologies; undertake R&D decision-making tasks such as project initiation evaluation, risk assessment, and technical review for internal R&D projects. Responsible for the application of science and technology projects related to the platform. Timely track and grasp the latest developments in the field, investigate new research directions, and discuss R&D progress with department leaders and company executives. Discuss, formulate, and improve research plans; apply for internal project initiation; participate in sorting out relevant technical materials for project cooperation and investment & financing cooperation. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Doctoral degree in food science, microbiology, biomedicine, or related fields. Experience in transforming functional strains into products, with at least 2 years of work experience in the industry of probiotics, functional foods, or live biotherapeutic products. Solid theoretical foundation and strong hands-on ability; capable of independently completing and guiding others to complete project-related experimental work. Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and management skills.
