1. Bachelor degree or above in optical communication-related majors, engaged in micro-optical processing and product development for more than 3 years. 2. Familiar with the basic technical requirements of optical components, proficient in optical cold processing, familiar with optical coating, optical passive device products related knowledge and passive packaging technology. 3. Master mechanical professional knowledge and be familiar with the structure and principles of cold processing equipment. 4. Be familiar with the test methods and testing equipment of the functional parameters and related parameters of optical components; 5. Familiar with the research and development, pilot test and production process of micro-optical products. 6. Have good English reading and writing skills.
