Job responsibilities
1. Develop sales support strategies and plans to provide effective support to the sales team, including conducting new market research, analyzing sales data, and managing sales resources. 2. Ensure the implementation of the company's sales processes and policies, and continuously optimize and improve these processes to enhance sales performance. 3. As the backbone of the sales team, guide sales representatives to complete time-consuming tasks such as lead mining, qualification certification, and opportunity management. 4. Train sales team members to enhance their sales skills and business knowledge, ultimately enhancing the overall sales capability and performance of the team. 5. Monitor sales performance indicators, provide regular reports, analyze sales trends, and identify market opportunities.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. At least 5 years of sales support experience related to this position, with a strong talent for analyzing and solving problems, as well as a solid foundation in data analysis. 3. Having excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the organization, regardless of their level within the organization. 4. Have a comprehensive understanding of the exhibition industry and international exhibition market, including a certain understanding of relevant markets and customers. 5. Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, able to conduct business negotiations and communicate with clients in English.
