About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Event & Hospitality Manager to oversee the planning and execution of high-end conferences and VIP receptions. This role combines strategic event planning, premium guest experience design, vendor management, and on-site execution, with a focus on delivering world-class experiences for distinguished guests such as leading scientists, executives, and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
1, Event Strategy & Planning: Support the company’s event strategy by designing and executing high-profile conferences and VIP receptions aligned with business objectives. Ideally with experiences for hosting leading scientists.
2, Guest Experience Design: Develop personalized event solutions tailored to the needs, preferences, and expectations of high-level clients and VIP guests, including itinerary planning, venue setup, catering, and activities design.
3, Vendor & Resource Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with venues, luxury hotels, and premium service providers. Negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality services and cost efficiency.
4, On-Site Execution & Risk Management: Lead and coordinate all on-site operations, ensuring seamless event flow. Quickly identify and resolve issues to guarantee smooth execution and a superior guest experience.
5, Client Relationship Management: Maintain guest records, refine reception processes, and continuously enhance client satisfaction through exceptional event delivery.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
1, Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
2, 5+ years of proven experience in event management, hospitality, or VIP client reception, ideally with exposure to large-scale corporate or international scientific conferences.
3, Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills, with the ability to anticipate and meet the expectations of high-profile clients.
4, Established network of premium event resources (venues, hotels, service providers) and proven vendor management skills.
5, Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international clients and guests.
6, Professional presence with excellent business etiquette and attention to detail in delivering premium experiences.
