We are seeking an experienced CTO / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Aster Lion’s AI technology strategy. This individual will translate business objectives into technical execution, architect scalable systems, and work hands-on in developing AI solutions that streamline HR operations and enable new digital product offerings. You will play a central role in defining our AI roadmap — from building internal automation tools to launching a commercial SaaS platform for SMEs and enterprise clients.

• 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, solution architecture, or product development, ideally within HRTech, SaaS, or AI-focused environments. • Strong technical foundation in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), APIs, and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API, vector databases, etc.). • Proven experience building and scaling AI-powered enterprise platforms or automation systems. • Understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy standards in multi-jurisdictional environments. • Experience leading teams or external vendors in agile development environments. • Ability to bridge business goals with technical execution, demonstrating both strategic foresight and hands-on problem solving. • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to thrive in lean, fast-paced, and high-growth environments.
