Job Responsibilities - Develop the long-term and short-term R&D strategy for mesoporous carbon phenolic resin business, aligning with the company’s global development goals in new energy, electronics, and high-end materials sectors. - Lead and manage the R&D team (including engineers and technicians), formulate team work plans, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluation to drive team capability improvement. - Oversee the entire R&D lifecycle of mesoporous carbon phenolic resin projects, including project planning, budget control, progress management, and risk identification, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Drive technological innovation in mesoporous carbon phenolic resin, lead the breakthrough of core technologies (e.g., high-efficiency synthesis, pore structure optimization, cost reduction), and enhance the company’s technical competitiveness in the global market. - Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with international universities, research institutions, and industry partners; promote joint R&D projects and technical exchanges to expand the company’s innovation ecosystem. - Be responsible for the management of intellectual property related to mesoporous carbon phenolic resin, including patent layout, application, and protection; avoid intellectual property risks. - Report R&D progress, achievements, and resource needs to senior management regularly; provide data support for strategic decision-making on R&D investment and business expansion.

Job Requirements - Master’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related majors; 5-8 years of R&D experience in advanced polymer materials or mesoporous materials, with at least 2-3 years of team management experience. - In-depth understanding of the global market trends, technical routes, and application scenarios of mesoporous carbon phenolic resin; proven track record in leading successful R&D projects (e.g., technology commercialization, product launch). - Proficiency in R&D project management methods (e.g., Agile, waterfall); strong capabilities in budget control, risk management, and cross-departmental coordination. - Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate team members, cultivate technical talents, and build a high-performance R&D team. - Fluent English communication skills (business level), capable of negotiating with international partners, participating in global technical conferences, and leading cross-border R&D collaboration. - Familiar with intellectual property laws and regulations in the chemical/materials industry; experience in patent strategy planning and technology transfer is a plus. - Alignment with Shenquan Group’s mission of “Building a Century-old Shenquan for the Benefit of Mankind”; strong sense of responsibility and strategic thinking.
