(1) Communicate with customers to align with their requirements and expectations, and help defining project specifications such as function, appearance, structure, materials, quality and test standards, legal and regulations requirement, etc.. 与客户沟通，在需求和期望方面，跟客户达成一致；帮助客户定义项目规格，如功能、外观、结构、材料、品质测试标准、合规要求等。 (2) Work with R&D on a feasibility study when needed. 和研发一起进行可行性研究（必要时）。 (3) Build and manage the NPD plan, track all actions to ensure activities can meet NPD plan and customer requirements. 建立、管理NPD计划，跟进所有行动，确保满足NPD计划及客户要求。 (4) Review the product design and prototype approvals (including reliability testing and compliance certifications…). 5、 Follow product design status, such as structure design, hardware design software design, sample making and testing, join in technical problem discussion, guide R&D engineer to solve technical problem, push R&D finish product design as scheduled.跟进产品研发进度（结构设计、硬件设计、软件设计、样品制作、样品测试），参与研发技术问题探讨，指导研发工程师解决技术难题，提出备选技术方案，推动研发部门按时、按质、按要求完成交期。 6、 Work with R&D to continual communicate with customer about product development and revise, and get design and solution be approved by customer和研发一起，持续与客户沟通产品开发与修改，确保研发方案最终获得客户认可。 7.Work with QA to validate sample and new materials 和品质部门一起确认样品，确认全新物料 8.Support communication between R&D and customer, SCM and customer, to make sure customer project requirement is accurately understood by R&D and SCM 帮助研发与客户、SCM与客户的沟通，确保客户和项目要求为研发、SCM 准确理解。 9.Identify risk of new product development and use all kinds of resource to make trouble shooting and precautions for bottleneck problems and key risk point负责识别产品开发中的风险，利用内外资源，针对产品关键风险点和瓶颈问题进行重点预防和及时攻关，确保问题解决。 10、Support ME on tooling, DFM and time schedule协助结构跟进开模、DFM评审以及模具生产进度跟进。 11、Push all department to solve problem of assembly推动跟进试模问题点、结构装配问题点解决。 12、Support new project NPI支持新项目NPI。 13、Project cost monitor and control, when need extra cost then support to convince customer, to meet project profit target.

1. Native English speaker, proficient on writing. 2. Min. 5 years working experience as R&D, or PM, or technical support, experience of working with Europe or America customer for R&D development project. 3. Bachelor degree and above. Have product experience that contain metal, plastic and electronic parts, know the main manufacture process such as molding, injection, CNC, stamping, surface treatment, water-proof, SMT, assembly, test, ect. 4. Excellent PM skills on planning, tracking, reporting, presenting, solution suggestion, problem solving and decision making. 5. Good command of Software (office, CAD, PROE or SOLIDWORKS), can read and understand 3D design, and discuss with R&D and customer on technical details, and make necessary judgement and recommendation in term of development and problem solving. 6. Strong self-motivated, open-minded, independent, initiative. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people from different culture, background and level. Both know western and china culture to work with international team. Be able to establish strong working relationship with customer and internal team 8. Result oriented, passionate, analytical, organized, team player. 9. Leadership ability: can lead, encourage, coach and support team to grow and reach the department target.
