Job Responsibilities. -Responsible for the daily operation and management of high-end porcelain stores in Dubai. -Responsible for the explanation of porcelain products and internal training. -Coordinate the display and presentation of porcelain products in the store to ensure that the store image is consistent with the brand image. -Organize senior customer activities to enhance the store and brand awareness in the region. -Maintain senior customer relationship. - Monitor inventory and replenish stock in time to ensure the stability of product supply chain. -Regularly report sales to the boss, provide market feedback and suggestions for improvement. 岗位职责: -负责迪拜高端瓷器门店的日常运营管理。 -负责瓷器产品的讲解及内部培训工作。 -统筹店内瓷器产品的陈列和展示，确保店面形象与品牌形象一致。 -组织高级客户活动，提升店铺及品牌在当地的知名度。 -维护高级客户关系。 - 监控库存情况，及时补货，确保产品供应链的稳定性。 -定期向老板汇报销售情况，提供市场反馈和改进建议。

Job Requirements: -Education requirement: Bachelor degree or above, background in art, marketing or related majors. -Experience requirements: more than 2 years of experience in art sales, art interpretation work is preferred, Chinese art related workers. - Language skills: proficient and fluent in English, with good art product communication and product teaching and training ability. -Professional skills: familiar with the porcelain industry knowledge is preferred, with a certain degree of art appreciation and artistic cultivation. - Management skills: strong team leadership and execution, strong learning ability to train internal product knowledge. -Personal qualities: strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and customer service consciousness, able to deal with emergencies. - Location: willing to work in Dubai for a long period of time, able to adapt to international working environment and cultural differences. -Other Requirements: Must be a domestic person with a valid working visa and passport to work abroad.
