工作职责
从0到1搭建美国售后网络
根据业务发展需求和产品安装维修技能要求，评估并组建自营售后团队
从价格、时效、质量、覆盖区域等维度，评估并选择合适的第三方服务平台
打造卓越的美国售后服务体系
优化售后服务流程，涵盖客户沟通、上门服务、客户反馈等环节
建立售后服务信息系统，实现服务流程的全面数字化
建立高效的团队协作机制
与国内业务团队紧密合作，跟进产品开发和上市动态，及时提升售后服务能力
与美国物流团队协同作战，配合物流发展战略，拓展对外服务
领导和管理售后服务团队
负责内部团队的日常管理和运营
管理外部第三方平台或服务网点，确保服务质量
Job Requirements
岗位要求
熟悉美国售后安装维修的法规、行业标准和资源渠道，拥有相关公司工作经验
具备出色的中英文沟通能力，能够与国内外团队顺畅协作
拥有良好的内外部团队管理能力，能够激励团队成员共同成长
工作地点：美国，最好可以现场办公，也可以远程。
