Job Responsibilities: • Identify, develop and maintain Insta360 brand partnerships • Initiate, structure, negotiate, and launch high impact strategic brand partnerships, including but not limited to Events, Ambassador programs, and Sport Sponsorships • Increase Insta360 brand awareness in the key English Speaking markets through effective brand partnerships • Support partners through launch process and liaise with Insta360 US team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Insta360 including marketing, sales, product, and customer support teams • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and develop and execute against both partner and product plans • Working with sales and marketing teams to tailor partner programs that meet short- and long-term business objectives in key overseas markets

Job Requirements: • Good understanding and experience working on partnerships with high quality consumer brands • Business development experience negotiating complex deals • Understanding of Insta360 strategic and competitive position • Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders inside and outside Insta360 • 2-4 years of experience in Tech/Marketing/Product Management • Proven track record of initiating and driving new business opportunities at a global scale • Experience working in start-up environments • Project management experience, with the ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects • Communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize issues • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans • B.S. or M.S. in Sciences/Business/Engineering • Extraordinary English (verbal and written). Chinese is a plus. • Willing to live and work long-term in Shenzhen
