1. Handling of inquiries raised by any internal and external party related to certificates and test reports a) Analysis of inquiry b) Categorization and Identification of related Business line / Subline c) Timely prepare, translate and forward inquiry to related Business line / field d) Track and follow up of handling of inquiry including timely reminders e) Facilitate clear and correct understanding of inquired content f) Ensure timely response to inquiries 2. Conduct trade fair surveillance to control the use of TUV Rheinland marks and certificates a) Personally visit or support visit of trade fairs b) Collect evidence of mark misuse / IPR infringement against TUVR including but not limited to photos, videos, marketing material etc. c) Ensure checking of suspected mark misusers or onsite ban of mark misuse per support of external lawyer and/or IPR office of respective trade fair management

1. Excellent English and German skills, German native speaker preferred. Please applied the position by German & English CV. 2. College diploma or above 3. At least 1 year of working experience 4. Effective online news and information research & analysis skills, both Chinese & international media (English & German language) 6.
