Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the trial production introduction support of new projects for the Vietnam EMS factory that Fibocom cooperates with: including quality control, process support, especially testing process support for wireless communication modules and PCBA products. 2. On behalf of Fibocom, be responsible for the management of the in-factory team (including in-factory quality and planning) and other teams, and be responsible for the production quality and on-time delivery of work orders in the EMS factory. 3. Use scientific methods to lead the factory-based team to manage and monitor production processes, manage variations, and eliminate quality accidents. 4. Continue to promote the improvement of EMS factory production costs, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and continuously enhance cost competitiveness. 5. Liaise with our customers’ audits of EMS factories and make continuous improvements to ensure that customers pass the factory audits. 6. Work together with the Procurement Management Department to manage Vietnam EMS resources, including the development and introduction of secondary supply resources. 7. Responsible for the insight and analysis of local electronics manufacturing factories in Vietnam, and routinely output insight reports based on friendly business and industry trends;

job requirements: 1. Adapt to permanent residence and business trips. 2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience; 3. Understand the basic processes of the supply chain, and be familiar with SMT and consumer electronics processes and production processes, or wireless communication product testing related technologies. Familiar with production quality management; 4. No restriction on nationality; 5. Obtain a bachelor's degree, engineering background such as electronics and communications engineering； 6.Chinese can be used as a working language.
