Main Responsibilities Translation Quality Control Responsible for quality checking and evaluation of translation projects to ensure the accuracy, fluency and professionalism of the translated content. Correct and revise errors and problems in the translation process to improve translation quality. Participate in formulating and optimizing translation quality standards and processes to ensure continuous improvement of translation quality. Translation Project Management Responsible for the planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling of translation projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time and in good quality. Maintain close communication with team members and clients to ensure that project requirements are fully understood and met. Monitor and track project progress, identify and solve problems in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Translation Team Building Assist in the formation and management of the translation team, improve the translation ability and professional level of team members. Provide training and guidance to team members to improve the overall translation quality and efficiency of the team. Stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of team members and create a positive working atmosphere. Translation Resources Development and Maintenance Responsible for collecting and organizing translation resources, such as terminology databases, translation memories, etc., to improve translation efficiency and quality. Maintain and update translation resources to ensure their accuracy and completeness. Promote and apply advanced translation technologies and tools to improve the automation level of translation work.
