Job qualification 1.Have good art cultivation, have enrich experience about creating atmosphere by lighting and shading 2.Be able to take effective communication with Visual Effect Director and good at understanding story emotion by lighting 3.Be good at traditional lighting and shading setup, as well as high-tech set-up like GI,FG and IBL etc; Be good at high-tech renderer; Be able to do animation rendering photo-realistic, 4.Be able to pre-set lighting and shading program for the team 5.Be excellent at Rendering Layered Concept, Be able to offer mixing support for post-designing team 6.Have classic art knowledge background is prior considered
