【工作内容】 1、负责公司产品在海外（美国、印度、墨西哥、马来西亚等）的售后服务工作，处理客诉，及时反馈给客户处理结果； 2、主导售后项目的技术交底，编写故障分析报告并提供专业解决方案； 3、协调国内研发与生产部门，反馈产品缺陷并跟进改进措施落地； 4、管理海外备件库存，优化物流流程，确保设备交付与售后响应时效； 5、收集一线应用数据，协助完善产品操作手册，完善海外技术培训资料。 Take charge of after-sales service for the company’s products overseas, handle customer complaints and feed back resolution results to customers in a timely manner. Lead technical handover for after-sales projects, compile fault analysis reports and provide professional technical solutions. Coordinate with domestic R&D and production departments, report product defects and follow up the implementation of improvement measures. Manage overseas spare parts inventory and optimize logistics procedures to guarantee on-time equipment delivery and efficient after-sales response. Collect on-site application data, assist in updating product operation manuals and overseas technical training materials.

【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，自动化、机械电子或相关专业，英语流利；（优秀应届生亦可）； 2、拥有2年以上激光设备售后经验优先； 3、具备极强的跨文化沟通力与抗压能力； 4、认同公司价值观，学习能力强，能接受弹性工作制及频繁出差安排。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics or related majors with fluent English proficiency; outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable. At least two years of working experience in after-sales service of laser equipment. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and strong ability to work under pressure.
