Responsibilities. - Assess students' strengths and weaknesses in reading and match these skills with appropriate techniques and materials; - Developing student goals and instructional outcomes based on students' specific strengths and challenges in reading; - Provide individual and small group instruction for students struggling in reading; - Be an active member of a multidisciplinary team that promotes quality services for children; - Work independently in a peer-supervised team environment; - Lead professional development trainings and workshops for colleagues in the broader community; - Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field with specialized training in working with dyslexic students, such as Lindamood-Bell or Orton-Gillingham training or equivalent; - Experience with dyslexia assessment; - Excellent oral and written communication skills; - Mandarin and English speaking preferred.
