Job responsibilities
从0-1开拓美国以外的美洲市场，重点为巴西、墨西哥，兼顾智利、哥伦比亚、加拿大等。
Job Requirements
必须具备（硬门槛，缺一不可）
1. 从 0 到 1 打开一个陌生国家市场的完整实绩
- 必须是亲自主导，而非在已有盘子上做增量
- 能讲清第一个客户从哪来、渠道怎么搭、卡在哪、怎么破的
2. 拉美区域实际经验 3 年以上，最好覆盖巴西或墨西哥
3. 葡语或西语可工作沟通（本地渠道谈判必需，英语不足以替代）
4、华人优先
4. 手上有可迁移的本地资源：渠道商、代理、大客户、政府/协会关系
5. 行业相关：电池储能 / 便携储能 / 充电桩 / 换电 / 商用车电动化 / 光伏储能渠道
加分项：
1、中国公司出海背景，理解中方总部的决策节奏与汇报方式
2、有本地建团队、办实体（法务、税务、进出口合规）的经验
3、做过 TC / DTC 渠道品牌（EcoFlow、Jackery 类）的拉美落地"
