1.Support NPI and existing active and passive optics products.Generate and maintain documentation related to tests, tooling and safety. Ensures designs, documents, and test procedures have been thoroughly validated prior to implementation and or release to production. 2.Sustain test process and conceptualize improvements where necessary.Monitor Test Yield for further improvements.Analyze and formulate solutions to problems 3.Provide technical support for the qualification and validation of new equipment and processes. 4.Write and perform Test Program Qualification Protocols and Reports based on internal/customer expectations 5.Facilitate continuous improvement & cost reduction projects. 1.Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical or equivalent (Min 0-5 year in Electronics industry experience) 2.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 3.Minimum 0-3 years experiences in testing of optical devices, components or telecommunication area. 4.Demonstrated hands on experience in resolving technical issues involving optical test equipment and test system set-up.
