- In charge of daily classroom routine and activities along with the Chinese teacher. - Implementing and tailoring when necessary the English curriculum. - Maintaining daily communication with families of children in your care and documenting/reporting daily incidents and English learning. - Assigning homework, could be English book reading or English book parental reading, Math and so on according to your daily English lesson. - On Friday, assigning one English book reading is mandatory when children go home, providing children with a print book and the video or audio of teacher's reading. - Every two weeks, provide children with a memory book which you will work with co-teacher, usually FT needs to help with writing the caption for children's photos. - In the middle of the term, FT needs to provide parents with children's evaluation report. - There will be at least three occasions when FT need to do the open class to paretns, the first one will take place after you can take over your class steably, the second occasion is for school's parents representitives(usually two or three of them will join), and the third occasion is for your own children's parents when the term or school year is finished. - Organizing and supporting school's events.
