Job Responsibilities
1.Market development: Responsible for market expansion, formulate and implement market development plan, and enhance the company's brand influence and market share.
2.Customer management: Establish and maintain the long-term cooperative relationship with clients, explore customer needs, provide customized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3.Preparatory work: Handle preparatory work for client visits, including reception, interpretation, and negotiations. Prepare bidding documents, participate in tenders, and conduct contract negotiations.
4.Promotional tasks: Manage promotional tasks, such as exhibitions, marketing materials update and translation and etc. Participate in formulating sales strategies and plans, and develop overseas marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
5.After-sales service: Responsible for after-sales service, timely response to customer needs, solve customer problems, and improve customer experience and satisfaction.
6.Complete other work assigned by superiors.

1.Master's degree, with a preference for candidates possessing an engineering background or relevant work experience.
2.Proficient in using office software and willing to undertake business trips as required.
3.Good physical health, strong moral character, and professional ethics, with a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
4.Strong adaptability to cross-cultural work environments; able to use Chinese in daily communication and possess fluent English proficiency to thrive in multicultural settings.
5.Strong executive ability, innovative consciousness and the ability to work under pressure, good at promoting the efficient implementation of work, able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment and continuously optimize the work efficiency.
Recruitment Targets
Preference given to international graduates of class 2025, 2026 from China nationwide universities.
Preference given to those with minimum overseas market development experience of 3 years.
Preference given to those able to use Chinese in daily communication and possess fluent English proficiency, while able to use Bahasa Indonesia/Kazakh/Hindi/Russian will be a plus.
